VRC Booking offers convenient scheduling for various destinations. Booking can be made through the user-friendly app or via phone call.

What is VRC Booking? VRC Booking is the rebranded version of the VRC OnDemand app. Valley Regional Transit now provides expanded services through the VRC Booking app, catering to passengers using both VRT On-Demand for all customers and VRT’s Beyond Access service for eligible individuals.

With VRT On-Demand, users have the flexibility to book rides on-demand. Passengers are conveniently picked up close to their location and dropped off near their chosen destination. This service expands the accessibility to numerous locations at standard fixed-route bus rates, combining the convenience of a taxi with the reliability of a bus service.

VRT’s Beyond Access service offers complimentary curb-to-curb transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities who meet the qualifying criteria. The service is currently available in Ada and Canyon counties.

Payment methods vary depending on the service chosen. For VRT On-Demand, passes can be bought at designated outlets, payment can be made in cash onboard, or through the Umo Mobility app. Further details on fares and passes can be accessed online at ridevrt.org/fares. VRT’s Beyond Access service, on the other hand, is entirely fare-free.

Travel wait times are estimated based on your intended departure time. However, due to the nature of ride-sharing and demand fluctuations, actual drop-off timings may vary. While efforts are made to accommodate your requested travel time, slight waiting periods may occur. It is recommended to plan your journey with some extra time if you need to arrive at a specific time.

VRC operates two On-Demand services: The 150 Nampa/Caldwell On-Demand runs from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, and the 160 Eagle On-Demand operates from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Beyond Access operates from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
